Just sirfd over this message about a recent Honda Car advert

Anyone seen the Honda TV advert where there are lots of images of pieces of technology some of them parts of Honda cars. Each image briefly shows that piece of technology working to perfection and there's a voice over that says something along the lines of 'Isn't it nice when things just work?'.
One of the images is a cursor clicking on MS Windows Shutdown - talk about shooting yourself in the foot!
