Let's Go Shopping

I read this in Google's News some months ago, I think?

Unconscious, bruised and lying over a $29 DVD player, paramedics finally reached Patricia VanLester. Hundreds of shoppers at the Wal-Mart hadn’t stopped shopping to help. “They walked over her like a herd of elephants,” said her sister, Linda. “All they cared about was their stupid DVD player.”
