A little low-tech after glossy promises of chip-implants that are tracked by satellites guess that this requires thousands of man-hour economics but this is as big as a paper back and could be used in the car as  http://www.engadget.com/entry/1769988343476412/ (endgadget) suggest.. or your suitcase, that's about as far as this goes, unless blogger know different?
