When I came across nattu's things I sent him a note about this subject which must now be on the minds of many now that the shuttle is on hold but what will it mean to this small village community - now that this venture is becoming a reality ahead of the science and the fictions of life tomorrow

It is the idea to build a tether [launch] supported from a satellite in geostationary orbit and tethered to a point on the equator [addoo atoll] very exciting imagine the consequences of supporting this environment. It would bring unbeleiveable riches to the area - of the world
