An Offical Govenment Police web site was allegedly hacked not here but probably here as reported by the mirror blog London...
HACKERS HIT POLICE WEBSITE Apr 12 2004

Computer hackers have broken into an official police website and posted spoof news reports.
Stories included Ronald McDonald Arrested and Police Force to be Axed.
Another fake report poked fun at anti-terrorism raids, claiming officers arrested eight farmers after finding fertiliser on their land.
The message on the Thames Valley Police site read: "The farmers are being held at Belmarsh under the Prevention of Farming Act (2001).
The force is investigating how security was breached, but said there was no sensitive information on the website.
The reports were removed after being found on Friday
