Parachutist injured in crash landing

"Wondering if this is anyone we might know?"

A parachutist from Kent was critically injured after crash landing from a jump at an airfield.
The man was injured during the jump at about 9.30am on Sunday at Headcorn Aerodrome, near Maidstone.
The injured man, who is said to be in his 20s, was flown to Maidstone Hospital by the Kent Air Ambulance.
The British Parachute Association, which is carrying out an investigation, said he was an experienced parachutist who had made more than 150 jumps.
