Where this is going to go - maybe the Govenment is reproaching local authority with all the gusto [I don't know] of a flurrish with the Health and Safety policy that's been hittin industry like a prize fight - Bouncers at nightclubs now have to be registered as a thing at least but the term bouncers are long gone.
